Joy Mandala Glass-fronted Pendant Necklace
Feng Shui means “wind/water” and is the ancient art aligning objects with the forces of nature to enhance our lives. Energy or “qi” (pronounced “chi”) is all around us and can be harnessed to improve the quality of our everyday lives.
The energy in our homes and around our person can enhance or impede our lives. Our prosperity; fame and reputation; Love and relationships; family; health; creativity and children; wisdom (skills and knowledge); career; and helpful people and travel are all affected by qi.
What are Mandalas?
Mandala comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "circle” or "completion” and represents the Cosmos. Mandalas are used as spiritual teaching tools, to establish a sacred space, and as an aid to meditation. Plus they can attract positive energy to your person or your space.
Feng Shui Mandalas - Joy
This Mandala was created from images representing joy. The artist used many symbols for joy and happiness including: a wheel representing the Dharma Chakra which in the Buddhist tradition represents the eight-fold path that leads to true enlightenment and joy; a field of sunflowers, which represent happiness; a Lily of the Valley, which among other things, represents happiness, and a photo of a wheat grain ear which in the Baltic tradition represents Potrimo, who wore a wreath of grain ears and was known to be a very merry deity. These images were arranged into a collage, and then transformed with intention into the special mandala pictured above.
Each Mandala Glass-fronted Pendant necklace features a printed mandala nestled in a metal backing with a domed glass cover that hangs on a black cord, Feng Shui Mandala Pendant Necklaces are made in Edinburg, VA.
